Who we are

This site is run by Hemp Planet Nepal Private Limited, a Nepal-based clothing and natural-fabrics business. You can reach us through the contact form.

What we collect

Inquiry form: your name, email address, message and the type of inquiry you choose, plus your company name if you give one, the product or fabric you asked about, and the page you sent it from.

Order request: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (street, city, postal code, country) and the items, sizes, colours and quantities in your bag.

We do not take payment on this site and do not collect card or bank details.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to your inquiry, to confirm and arrange your order, and to follow up about delivery and payment. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who receives it

Inquiries and order requests are saved on our systems and emailed to the business. For order requests, the site also opens a WhatsApp message with your order details ready to send; nothing is sent on WhatsApp unless you press Send. We use Cloudflare to host the site and store data, and Resend to send our notification emails.

What stays on your device

Your browser keeps a random bag number and your chosen display currency in its local storage so your bag is still there when you return. The bag itself (items, sizes and quantities) is kept on our systems under that number and holds no personal details. Visitors are not given cookies, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

To prevent abuse, the forms briefly record your IP address alongside a count of recent submissions (about 15 minutes).

Your choices

Remove items from your bag at any time, or clear this site’s browser data to remove the bag number and currency preference. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the contact form.
